I think one of my favorite things that I love about the spring is the return of the delicious seasonal ingredients and fresh produce. The strawberries are sweet, mangos are plentiful on the shelves and the tomatoes are so delicious that you could just eat them in your hand before you even check out. In my opinion cakes are too sweet, cookies are a snack that should be enjoyed any time of day, and ice cream is only the best during summer. This means, I tend to skip out on dessert… a lot.
